Carolyn Clunk, 66, of Prospect, died peacefully Sunday morning, Aug. 24, 2014 at her home. Arrangements are pending with Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Prospect.

PATRICIA JUNE (WEBB) MOORE
Patricia June (Webb) Moore, of Buford, Ga., 81, died Dec. 7, 2013, of double pneumonia and cardiac arrest. She passed away in the hospital, surrounded by family and friends. A native of Richwood (RHS class of 1950), she was born Oct. 23, 1932, the daughter of the late Millie and Owen Webb. She was preceded in death by her brother, Royal Webb.

NADINE VAN WINKLE
Nadine Van Winkle, 95, of Richwood, died peacefully Monday morning Aug. 11, 2014, at the Kobacker House in Columbus.
She was born Oct. 3, 1918, in Union County, to the late Fred and Ada (Barnett) Clark.

CHARLES LEON “CHUCK” NICKELS
Charles Leon “Chuck” Nickels, 59, of Richwood, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born Oct. 31, 1954, in London, Ky., to the late Rebecca Berniece “Exta” (Williams) Nickels.

DREW M. GODDARD
Drew M. Goddard, 28, of Marysville, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2014. He was born Oct. 14, 1985, in Marion, to Michael and Laurie (Ridge) Goddard.

AARON JOSEPH “A. J.” MEADOWS
Aaron Joseph “A. J.” Meadows, 22, of Mt. Victory, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014, at his home. Arrangements are being handled at Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue. 

ROGER MARTINO TRAVIS
Roger Martino Travis, 78, of Newport, Ark., passed away at his home on Aug. 3, 2014, after a long, hard battle with Parkinson’s. He was born in Essex, on Oct. 27, 1935, to Marion and Elizabeth (Martino) Travis.

JAMES  ORVILLE BAYES
James Orville Bayes, 72, of Richwood, died Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Memorial Hospital of Union County. He was born July 5, 1942, in Pike County, to the late John Raymond and Thelma (Robinett) Bayes.

PHYLLIS ANN BELTZ
 Phyllis Ann Beltz, 79, of Prospect (Centerville), died Saturday evening, Aug. 2, 2014, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Feb. 17, 1935, in Delaware, to the late Joseph and Margaret (Rouse) Fox.

GERALD “GARY” LEDLEY
Gerald “Gary” Ledley, 68, of Richwood, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, after suffering from diabetes for the past eighteen years, and is now free from pain. He was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Marion, to the late Everett and Lucille (Stout) Ledley.

ERNEST F. CRAMER
Ernest F. Cramer, 93, of Richwood, died Monday morning, July 28, 2014, at Milcrest Nursing Center in Marysville. He was born May 12, 1921, in Union County, to the late Clyde and Clara Cramer.

NINA E. CUNNINGHAM BUMGARNER
Nina E. Cunningham Bumgarner, 91, of Richwood, died Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Primrose Assisted Living in Marion. She was born Feb. 11, 1923, in Dover Township, to the late Walter and Blanche (Liggett) Low.

HARVEY “AL” DOSS
Harvey “Al” Doss, 81, of Richwood, formerly of LaRue, died peacefully early Monday morning, July 21, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 11, 1932, in Springfield, to the late Harvey M. and Helen Lydia (Knott) Doss.

GEORGE W. “BILL” NICOL
George W. “Bill” Nicol, age 78, of Marysville, died Friday, July 18, 2014, at Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.  He was a retired dairy and grain farmer. He was born May 26, 1936, at the Nicol homestead, the son of the late Gerhardt F. and Matilda Streng Nicol.

EDITH M. SCHMELZER
Edith M. Schmelzer, 93, of Richwood, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at her home. She was born Sept. 2, 1920, in Nantwich, Cheshire, England, to the late William and Elizabeth Hill. 

VIRGINIA ROUX GREENWOOD
Virginia Roux Greenwood, age 96, of rural New Bloomington, died Sunday July 13, 2014, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on Nov. 19, 1917, in Marion County, to the late Harold and Lois Susan Caroline (Dickason) Roux.

CHARLES R. LAUER
Charles R. Lauer, 88, of Prospect, died Monday evening, July 7, 2014, at his home. He was born April 17, 1926, in Prospect, to the late Samuel and Hazel (Thomas) Lauer.

ELMER DALE “ELMO” SIMPSON
Elmer Dale “Elmo” Simpson, 59, of Richwood, died Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Heartland of Marysville. He was born May 10, 1955, in Marysville, to the late Elmer Lloyd and Dorothy Fannie (Mayes) Simpson.

PHYLLIS ANN DOUP
Phyllis Ann Doup, 67, of Lakeview, formerly of Richwood and Marion, died Friday, June 27, 2014, at her home. She was born March 22, 1947, in Marion to the late Clayton and Daisy (Richardson) VanGorden. 

CHARLES ROY “BILL” HEADINGTON
Charles Roy “Bill” Headington, 85, of Richwood, died Monday morning, June 23, 2014, at the Marion Manor Nursing Home. He was born Feb. 27, 1929, on the Headington Farm, in Byhalia, to the late Charles and Omah (Tallman) Headington.

GREGORY A. TILLMAN
Gregory Allen Tillman, 57, of Largo, Fla., died April 24, 2014. He was born Feb. 20, 1957.

DOLORES BERNHARD
Dolores Bernhard, 76, of Prospect, died peacefully Friday morning, June 20, 2014, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Michigan on Oct. 16, 1937, to the late Archie and Violet (Irving) Maxwell.

MARILYN COOLEY
Marilyn Cooley, 82, of Byhalia, died peacefully Wednesday morning, June 18, 2014, at the Gables at Green Pastures in Marysville. She was born Aug. 2, 1931, in Byhalia, to the late Gerald and Kathryn (Cooper) Summers.

BILL HEADINGTON
Bill Headington, 85, of Richwood, died Monday morning, June 23,2014 at the Marion Manor Nursing Home. Arrangements are pending with the Stofcheck-Ballinger in Richwood.
