CATHY LYNN WISEMAN DEVERE
Cathy Lynn Wiseman DeVere, 54, died Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 in Boulder, Colo., after a two-year battle with cancer. She was born in Columbus, on March 8, 1957.

MARGARET “MARGE” GILLENWATER
Margaret “Marge” Gillenwater, 62 of Richwood, formerly of Kitts Hill, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 11, 1949, in South Point to the late Wiley and Easter (Bailey) Gipson.

RUTH HUGHES
Ruth Hughes, 87, formerly of Prospect and Marion, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 at the Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. She was born Jan. 12, 1925, to the late Orville and Hazel (Decker) Hull.

RUTHANN IRENE LYON
Ruthann Irene Lyon, 95 of Marysville, and formerly of Marion, passed away Wednesday evening Jan. 25, 2012, at the Gables of Green Pastures in Marysville.
She was born on Feb. 4, 1916, to Edith Mae (Fryman) and Bruce H. Everett.

ROSE MARY BOWDEN
Rose Mary Bowden, 60 of LaRue, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012 at at her residence. She went from the hands of her loving family into the arms of her Saviour Jesus Christ. She was born June 4, 1951 in Marion, Ohio, to the late Edgar and Lessie (Blanton) Briggs.

ERNEST C. SCHROTE
Ernest C. Schrote, 90 of rural Prospect, died early Tuesday morning, January 17, 2012 at Marion Manor, where he had been a beloved resident since May. He was born January 25, 1921 in Marion County, to the late Moses Samuel and Anna Christina (Rinnert) Schrote.

WALTER GALE “BUMMY” BUMGARNER
Walter Gale “Bummy” Bumgarner, 77 of the Byhalia area, died Tuesday evening, January 10, 2012 at OSU Medical Center. He was born January 26, 1934, in Union County to the late Linfred and Helen (Hughes) Bumgarner.

WAYLAND H. TEMPLE
Wayland H. Temple, 91, of Waldo and formerly of Richwood, died peacefully on Monday morning, Jan. 16, 2012, at the Marion General Hospital following a brief illness.

CARLIE LYNN GASTON
Carlie Lynn Gaston, daughter of Rico L. Gaston and Carrie Lynn Sloop, of Richwood, was stillborn on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.

ALFRED L. “CUZZIE” MAYBERRY
Alfred L. “Cuzzie” Mayberry, 85 of Richwood, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
He was born October 21, 1926, in Plain City to the late TR and Mina Grace Miller Mayberry.
