Linda L. McMahan Poling

Linda L. McMahan Poling, age 88, of Marysville and formerly of Mt. Victory, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at the Gables of Marysville. On December 20, 1937, Linda was born in Marion County, Ohio, the oldest of three children of the late Ralph J. McMahan and Esther LaVerne (Grappy) McMahan. She was raised in Richwood, Ohio, and was a proud alumna of Richwood High School Class of 1955.

Shortly after high school, mutual friends introduced Linda to her future husband, Dale Poling. They were married on March 27, 1960, in the Claibourne United Methodist Church, where she carried an orchid on her Bible as she walked down the aisle.
