Paul W. Shoup

 

Paul W. Shoup, 91 of Upper Sandusky, passed away Monday morning July 21, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born October 10, 1933 in Richwood to the late Chester and Laurentine (Phelps) Shoup. He was also preceded in death by a son, Bradley Shoup, siblings, Anita Coffman, Sam Shoup, Charles Shoup and Linda Shoup and a grandson, Brett Ridder.

Paul attended Richwood High School and graduated in Beaumont, Texas. He served our country in the United States Army from 1954-57. Paul was postmaster for the United States Postal Service for 1951 until 1988, first working in Richwood and then Upper Sandusky.
