Charges stem from stolen patients’ drugs
A woman from Mount Victory has been charged with allegedly stealing oxycodone from patients at Walnut Crossing while employed as a director at the assisted living center.
The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Darian Nicole McGue, 32, of Mount Victory, and charged her with four counts of theft of drugs stemming from four alleged thefts between June 1, 2025 and Aug. 13, 2025.
According to court documents, McGue stole oxycodone from four separate individuals. Union County Prosecutor David Phillips said that the drugs were allegedly taken from patients at Walnut Crossing, the Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Marysville, where McGue works as Director of Health Wellness.
