Ridgemont hands Wildcats non-league loss

North Union finished on the short end of the score last Tuesday as the Wildcats lost 53-50 to Ridgemont in non-league boys basketball play at Ridgemont.
North Union (3-6) led 29-26 at the half but the Gophers posted a six-point advantage over the final two quarters.
Dainon Lindsey notched 14 points to lead the Wildcats while Max White netted 11 points and Ethan Monroe added 10 markers.
North Union

North Union picked up freshman and junior varsity victories.
Hayden Young scored 10 points in leading the Wildcat frosh to a 38-11 win.
Sparked by 19 points from Xavier Gruber, the North Union JVs won 64-28. Also hitting double figures were Ben Newell (13) and Brevyn Martino (10).
