From Richwood Division of Police reports:

Dec. 8
An officer responded to the 100 block of West Bomford Street at 1:28 a.m. for a 911 follow up. No report was taken.

Reese Chapman, 22, of Richwood, turned himself into the police department and was taken into custody in relation to an assault report in the 20 block of East Bomford Street at 5:25 p.m. When an officer originally responded he had already left the location. Chapman as taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Dec. 9
In the 100 block of Blaine Avenue, an officer responded in report of a suspicious person at 10:09 a.m. Upon arrival, the individuals had left and were not located.
