Richwood PD gains new officer

At the regular meeting of Richwood village council on Nov. 24, the police department welcomed the newest member of its ranks. Pictured above, from left, Officer Kirby Brandenburg is sworn in by Mayor Scott Jerew during the meeting. Chief of Police Jim Hill also handed out recognition awards to Officer Kiena Crees for 10 years of full-time service and Lieutenant Justin Baldwin for 20 years of full-time service. Council members expressed their appreciation for the long-tenured staff and congratulated Brandenburg for joining the force.
