Richwood man killed in crash

A 21-year-old driver died and a teenage passenger was transported by Life Flight as the result of a drunk-driving rollover in the early morning hours on Wednesday, Oct. 29.

According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports, Gabriel Thomas Allen, 21, of Richwood, died from fatal injuries sustained as a result of a single-vehicle crash at 1:06 a.m., Oct. 29. His passenger, Kitana Dawn Lowry, 19, also of Richwood, was flown to the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
