Richwood man among area residents killed in Delaware County crash

A total of four people, three of them locals, involved in a head-on collision near the Delaware County line on Sept. 5 have now been pronounced dead.

Olivia Kroft, 19, of Marysville, along with her two passengers Breyden Floyd, 23, of North Lewisburg and Michael Pinkerton, 19, of West Virginia, were confirmed dead at the scene. Lieutenant Robert Curry, commander of the Delaware Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, has since confirmed that Roger Congrove, 70, of Richwood, passed away at 3:30 a.m., Sept. 7, from injuries sustained in the crash after being transported to the Ohio State University Main Hospital.
