From Richwood Division of Police Reports:

An officer responded to the Richwood Park at 5:21 p.m., Feb. 2, for a report of property being damaged.

Police responded to the 100 block of West Blagrove Street at 10:21 a.m., Feb. 3, for an animal complaint.

At 6:42 p.m., Feb. 3, an officer responded to the 34000 block of Route 37 to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office on a report of a domestic dispute.

Police responded to the 20 block of South Franklin Street at 7:51 p.m., Feb. 3, for a report of a 911 follow-up.

Jacklyn Giles, 39, of Richwood, was issued a citation for dogs running at large after an officer responded to the 200 block of West Bomford Street at 3:29 p.m., Feb. 4, for a report of a loose dog.

At 7:33 a.m., Feb. 5, police responded to the 400 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a 911 follow-up.

An officer responded to the 14000 block of Route 739 at 9:13 p.m., Feb. 6, to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office with an unruly juvenile.

Police responded to Route 739 and Route 37 at 7:14 p.m., Feb. 7, for a report of a driving complaint.

Dominick Klaiber, 20, of Richwood, was arrested and charged with strangulation after officers and a deputy from the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 20 block of Graham Street at 8:24 p.m., Feb. 7 for a report of a domestic dispute. Klaiber was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
