Eagle Scout Project

Above, Carter Harting with Marysville Boy Scout Troop 355, formerly of the Richwood Boy Scout Troop 440 that ended in December, came before council during their meeting on Monday and requested funds for his Eagle Scout project, where Harting is planning to add two spring toys to the Richwood Park. He said the project is not to exceed $750 and he is hoping to begin in March and be finished in April. Harting will coordinate with Village Administrator Monte Asher for use of a backhoe for the work. Council voted unanimously to provide funding for the project. (Gazette photo by Kyle Meddles)
