Saw Richwood Progress From Earliest Days: Vatchel F. Collier, town’s oldest resident, aged 91, came here when but three houses were built. When Mr. Collier came here with his parents, theirs was the third house in what is now Richwood. Mr. Collier was born in Johnstown, Licking county, February 21, 1833, the son of John and Mary (Ford) Collier. When he was three years old his parents moved to Prospect and a little later come to Richwood.
