The annual Customer Appreciation Day is set for Saturday, Sept. 16. The fun begins in downtown Richwood from 9 a.m. to noon. Customers will find local businesses offering sales and specials in appreciation for shopping locally. The event is sponsored by the Richwood Area Business Association (RABA).

Balanced Tree Yoga invites the public to come and get free 30-minute sessions at 9, 10, and 11 a.m. in the upstairs studio. Kids crafts, raffles and coffee will be available in the downstairs studio.

The Ruth Woods Fun Run will take place at Richwood Park. Details are available at the Richwood Civic Center office by calling 740-943-2410 or you can register online at www.runsignup.com.

The 3rd Annual Pickleball event will be held at Richwood Park on the tennis courts. It is a free non-sanctioned event. There is a limit of 12 teams of any two-person age groups. Times of contests will be scheduled at approximately noon and 3:30 p.m. contact Carmen Shields for additional info.
