From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer responded to the 20 block of North Franklin Street at 10:02 a.m., Sept. 7, for a report of an individual experiencing a mental health crisis. The person was taken to Memorial Hospital for further evaluation.

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Forest Lane on Sept. 7 for a report of a domestic dispute at 6:43 p.m. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

In the 10 block of Pearl Street at 3:17 p.m., Sept. 8, an officer responded for a reported theft.

Homer R. Jenkins, 53, of Richwood, was issued a citation for a burning ordinance after an officer responded to the 200 block of Grove Street alongside the Northern Uni…
