Scotts honored for commitment to military families

Ken Bonnell, local Vietnam veteran and chairman of the Union County Military Family Support Group, presented a certificate of appreciation to the associates of Scotts Miracle-Gro on Jan. 29 in recognition of the company’s 10 years of continued support toward the organization. This year, Scotts donated a total of $15,000 worth of gift cards to the military family support group. These donations go toward helping local service members, veterans and their respective families.
