NU bowlers compete in conference tournament

The North Union girls bowling team finished third in the Mad River Division of the Central Buckeye Conference in tournament action at HP Lanes.

The Lady Cats finished with a total 3413. Graham was league champion with final count of 3671.

Montana Donohue led North Union, rolling a three-game series of 572, Emma McCaul had the high individual game with a 220 on her way to a 530 series.

Also bowling were Lexi Bahan (539), Alyssa Frisco (537) and Olyvia Frisco (484).

Donohue earned first-team honors while Bahan and McCaul each were second team.

The boys team finished fifth overall with a final score of 3398. Northwestern won the league title with a score of 4241.

Riley Otten bowled a 251 game and finished with a 639 series.

Zach Howald also had a 200 game (202) and had a 546 series and Logan Otten put together a 224 game during his 544 series.

Also bowling three games was Braden Rhodes, who finished with a 460 series.

Bowling single games were Chase Copas (143) and Lucas Tanner (105).
