Independence rings in Richwood

Richwood held a reading of the Declaration of Independence last week in connection with the America 250 celebration. Above, Gail DeGood-Guy, pictured at the podium, had some help while doing the village reading of the Declaration of Independence. Local resident Tucker Bugg, pictured in the tricorn hat below, ran the document to DeGood-Guy and stood with the 13-colony American flag as she delivered the speech at the front door of the Opera House to a gathering of listeners, pictured below.
