Sebastian James Bowsher, 25, of La Rue was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving in marked lanes or continuous lines of traffic and open container prohibited in the 300 block of East Fifth Street at 3:35 a.m. July 16.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jacklyn A. Giles, 37, of Richwood that occurred on Mulberry Street at 6:35 a.m. July 16. Reports indicate Giles was backing up to park on the side of the road when her brakes failed and she struck another vehicle. No citations are listed in the incident report.
A deputy investigated a harassment complaint that occurred in the 26000 block of Route 37 at 7:41 p.m. July 15.
