From Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Oct. 27

A 2015 GMC Acadia struck a 2017 Jeep Renegade near Route 347 and Route 4 at 11:53 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies and Northwestern Fire District units responded to the property-damage crash. The Acadia’s driver, Devin C. Davis, 28, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, was cited for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. A report was taken.

A 2025 Ford Transit van was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 26000 block of Route 31 at 6:21 p.m. The other vehicle fled the scene, and a report was taken.

Deputies responded to a residence in the 29000 block of January Road at 11:39 p.m. to investigate a dispute. No report was taken.
