From Richwood Division of Police reports:

Police followed up on a 911 call in the 200 block of North Franklin Street at 2:51 p.m., April 19.

An officer assisted the Union County Sheriff’s Office with an individual that was found deceased in the 20 block of Marriott Street at 3:41 p.m., April 19. The sheriff’s office handled the investigation.

A well-being check was made in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 4:52 p.m., April 19.

An individual met with an officer at the police department at 6:23 p.m., April 20, to report an assault that took place on March 27 in the 10 block of West Blagrove Street. Upon further investigation, the reporting party did not wish to file charges.

Police followed up on a 911 call in the 200 block of West Ottawa Street at 10:03 a.m., April 21 and it was found to be an accidental phone call.

Raelynn Jordan, 64, of Richwood, was cited for speeding as the result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Ottawa Street at 1:22 p.m., April 21.

An officer was sent to a home in the 30 block of Herbert Street at 4:24 p.m., April 21, for a report of a juvenile that had left the home without permission. Upon further investigation, the juvenile was located and returned home.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1 block of North Fulton Street at 7:41 p.m., April 21, and an officer responded. Everything was found to be alright.

An officer responded to the l300 block of North Franklin Street for a report of telecommunications harassment involving an individual receiving threatening text messages from an unknown person at 8:24 p.m., April 21. The investigation has been completed with no charges filed.

At the Richwood Park on April 22, an officer responded for a report of a vehicle driving on the walking path at 12:31 p.m. The vehicle and driver were located and they were given a warning for the offense.

In the 20 block of North Franklin Street at 8:48 p.m., April 22, an officer responded to a reported alarm and found that nothing was out of the ordinary.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West Bomford Street at 5:25 a.m., April 23, for a tree limb in the roadway.

Elizabeth Saulters of Delaware, was cited for speeding following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Ottawa Street at 5:14 p.m., April 23.

An officer was sent to the Richwood Park at 7:21 p.m., April 23, for a report of an injured groundhog. Upon arrival the animal could not be located.

Ashton Medows, 21, of Marion, was cited for speeding following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Ottawa Street at 3:42 p.m., April 24.

Tiffany Tasker, 52, of Ashley, was cited for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Franklin Street at 7:18 p.m., April 24.

Michael Walton, 29, of Richwood, was cited for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Blagrove Street at 9:08 p.m., April 24.

At the Richwood Park at 9:13 p.m., April 24, an officer responded for a report of a group possibly using marijuana. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

In the 90 block of Lynn Street at 9:06 p.m., April 25, an officer responded to a report of a non-injury vehicle hit skip crash. Upon arrival and further investigation, both the vehicle and the driver involved were located nearby. The driver was arrested and charged with OVI and leaving the scene of a crash.
