Speedway planned for Cooks Pointe

A new Speedway Cafe convenience store and fuel station as well as Layne’s Chicken is being proposed for the corner of Route 31 in the Cooks Pointe Planned Unit Development.

The application will go before the Marysville Design Review Board on March 11 for approval of exterior and landscape plans.

According to the staff report, the Speedway Cafe convenience store and fuel station project calls for construction of a 4,852-squarefoot retail building with an attached cafe concept, along with gas pumps, associated parking and site landscaping.
