Plain City man charged in waterboarding incident
A Plain City man faces a laundry list of felony charges after allegedly waterboarding his wife.
The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Joshua Lee Hole, 48, of 9643 Brock Road in Plain City, and charged him with seven felony counts including one count each of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree felonious assault, second-degree robbery, third-degree strangulation, fourth-degree menacing by stalking, fourth-degree illegal use of a tracking device and second- degree burglary. He also faces two misdemeanor domestic violence charges.
