Mental health service provider leaving

Maryhaven at the Mills Center will be leaving Union County later this year.

Adam Negley, director of the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Union County, said the addiction and recovery services provider will be ceasing its local operations in May. “They’re intending to cease regional operations and consolidate all of their services in Franklin County,” he said. “This was a Maryhaven decision, based out of their central office in Franklin County. It had nothing to do with the regional boards that contract with them.”
