North Union sports teams finish with mixed results

North Union’s boys golfers turned in a 143-170 verdict over Elgin.

The match was played at Three Sticks Golf Course.

Ethan Monroe led the Wildcats with a 33.

He was followed by Will Jones-36, Alex Jolliff-37, Rawley Risner-37, Jenson Stover-40 and Keegan Donohue-44.

The Wildcats remained unbeaten (11-0) after a 160-174 victory over Indian Lake.

Jolliff led NU with a 35, followed by Monroe-38, Risner-43, Stover-44, Hudysyn Wilson-46 and Jones-49.

Girls golfers triumph

The Lady Cat golfers downed Benjamin Logan by a score of 194-203.

No North Union results were available.

The Lady Cats improved their season record to 7-1 overall and 6-1 in Central Buckeye Conference matches.

NU spikers fall

North Union’s volleyball team dropped a 23-25, 17-25, 22-25 verdict to Indian Lake.

The Lady Cats slipped to 3-5 overall and 0-1 in the Mad River Division of the Central Buckeye Conference. No additional details were available.
