Union County movie set for Sundance premiere

A feature film shot and set in Union County is premiering at the Sundance Film Festival later this month.

The aptly named, Union County, is set to make its world premiere at the Eccles Theatre in Park City, Utah on Jan. 29. Actor Will Poulter ( Warefare, The Maze Runner, We’re the Millers) plays Cody Parsons, a fictional Union County man assigned to a county-mandated drug court program as he attempts to recover from addiction amid the opioid epidemic.
