“No, now you’ll sit there and wait like a good girl,” were the words of a homeless man after he allegedly abducted a female sales associate during a test drive at the Performance Luxury dealership in Marysville.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Todd Eugene Marrs, 52, who is listed as homeless in the Marysville area, and charged him with one count each of felony abduction of the third degree and felony disrupting public service of the fourth degree.

According to court documents, on Dec. 19, 2025, Marrs went to Performance Luxury, 750 Coleman’s Crossing Blvd., where he requested to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. A female sales associate had him fill out the appropriate paperwork and then began the test drive with …
