Area men charged in family violence incidents

Two men have been charged separately in domestic violence incidents after allegedly attacking family members.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Timothy Alan Wilson, 40, of 9793 Boundary Road, Richwood, charging him with one count each of felony domestic violence of the third degree, misdemeanor violation of a protection order of the first degree and misdemeanor aggravated menacing of the first degree.

According to court documents, on June 5, 2025, at 10: 42 p.m., the Union County Sheriff’s Office (UCSO) received a call regarding a domestic incident at Wilson’s home in Richwood. After a verbal dispute, the alleged victim – Wilson’s wife – claimed she was chased around the kitchen island by her husband.
