NU baseball falls to Benjamin Logan

North Union’s baseball program experienced its fourth straight loss last Monday.
The Wildcats fell to 1-4 overall in the regular season following a 9-0 loss to Benjamin Logan. The match was also the Wildcats’ first Central Buckeye Conference loss putting the league record at 0-1.
Tyler Krebehenne started the game at pitcher and was on the hill for four innings before being subbed out in the top of the fifth for Peyton Davis. Alex Dexter then came in at pitcher at the top of the sixth.
Krebehenne tallied five strikeouts and five walks while allowing five runs on five hits.
Davis and Dexter combined for four walks while allowing four runs on three hits.
Recording hits for North Union included Ashtin Haubiel, Jaxon Maberry and Austin McMahon.
The Wildcats will be back on their home diamond Friday against London (1-2).
