March 27, 1925

Robert Fish won second place among fourteen contestants in the Oratorical Contest at Marysville, his subject being, “The League of Nations.” This was a fine contest, most of the orations being very high class. Not a small feature of the program was the chorus o ninety voices gathered from different parts of the county. In the poster contest Lucille Lake, of the Richwood schools received first place the prize being $2.50.
