Future of CDBG program could be up in the air

Milford Center and Richwood will be the two target areas for the next round of infrastructure funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

Both the Union County Commissioners and the Community Development Consultants (CDC) of Ohio were in agreement on March 5 during a public hearing for the next round of funding applications that those two villages should be the focus. Though 2025 is not an allocation year for Union County, officials can still assemble and submit those applications.
