From Richwood Division of Police reports:

Joan Wheeler, 71, of Richwood, was cited for failure to control a motor vehicle following a property damage crash in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 9:16 a.m., Feb. 16.

An officer responded to the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 12:15 p.m., Feb. 16, for a report of a vehicle driving recklessly. Upon arrival and searching the area, the vehicle was not located.

Police responded to the 10 block of East Bomford Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle at 1:55 p.m., Feb. 16.

An officer responded to the 20 block of Wood Street at 11:20 p.m., Feb. 16, for a report of a person experiencing a mental health crisis.
