Isaiah Archer earns Eagle Scout

Isaiah Archer, a member of East Liverpool’s BSA Troop 2041 of Buckeye Council, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Before moving to East Liverpool, he attended St. John’s Lutheran Church and School located in Marysville.

Archer is the son of Jared and Erin (Warner) Archer of East Liverpool, the grandson of Joy Rausch and Larry Ballard and the late Ed Archer, all of Marysville, and Richard Warner and Sharon Lane, both formally from Pomeroy, Ohio.

Archer finished his Eagle Scout project last year, where he installed seven steel benches benefitting Columbiana County Fish and Game, a shooting range in Lisbon, Ohio. The benches are regularly used by the Beaver Local …
