January 9, 1925

Richwood awoke Christmas day to find the thermometer registering 13 degrees below zero and six inches of snow. The cold weather which ahs held this community in its grip for the past several days moderated Tuesday.

Robert Conboy entertained with a stag party at his home Tuesday evening. A six o’clock dinner was served and the evening was spent socially. Those present were: Howser Hunt, Fred Porter, Paul Speyer, Donald Tanner, Paul Young, Neal Kyle, Gwynn Sanders, Merrel Schertzer, and John Ivan Brobeck.

A dinner was enjoyed Tuesday evening by LeCercle Members at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Cramer on Clinton street. Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Peet were assistant host and hostess….
