24-unit development planned for Richwood

Richwood Council revealed plans for a 24-duplex development on 350 N. Franklin St.

At the most recent meeting of the village, council member Brad Plotner said council had been presented a drawing for 24 duplexes on six acres of land. He said the builder presented it to see if there were any questions before starting the approval process.

According to Union County GIS, the parcel at 350 N. Franklin St. was acquired by Halon a Creek LLC in a sale for $250,000.

Plotner said the planned buildings are similar to the ones at Wind Mil Drive in Marysville.

“24 residences. Basically two-car garage and a house on either side,” Plotner said.
