The Richwood Civic Center wishes you a happy Halloween or happy Harvest! Whichever you celebrate or don’t, the Civic center hopes you have a fun filled day.

The Civic Center is now taking nominations for their Christmas Bell Program. If you know of a senior that is in need or needs some extra love this season, call the office and give their name, address, phone number, age and a suggestion of what they would like. Nov. 15 is the deadline for all submitted names. All gifts will be delivered the week before Christmas.
