At 9:28 p.m., Oct. 11, deputies were dispatched to a campground in the 20000 block of Route 347 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken.

At 10:59 p.m., Oct. 11, a deputy was sent to a residence in the 27000 block of Route 31 to investigate a protection order violation. A report was taken.

Blaine T. Foley, 18, of Richwood, was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way. At 8:02 p.m., Oct. 12, Foley was driving a 2016 Kia Soul at the roundabout on Route 161 and Industrial Parkway when Foley struck a 2013 Volkswagen CC. Deputies responded to the property damage crash and a crash report was taken.
