Area News – P.C. Council hears plans for 550-acre commerce park

Plain City officials got a first look at plans for a commerce park located on nearly 550 acres of land currently in Jerome Township.

Council held a joint meeting with the village’s zoning commission to hear from the developers behind Creekview Commerce Park, a “high tech business and manufacturing park” planned for land along U.S. 42 stretching to Converse Road, adjacent to Rickard Road.

The land is currently within Jerome Township but council heard in July a pre-annexation agreement to annex the land into the village.
