Wildcats take fourth in Panther Invite

North Union’s boys golf team finished in the top four during this year’s Fairbanks Panther Invitational.

The Wildcats ventured to Darby Creek Golf Course, located in Marysville, last Monday morning.

The team took fourth amongst 12 programs scoring a total of 346.

Pleasant took the crown in the invite scoring 317. Fairbanks took the runner-up spot with 322 followed by Centerburg (328) in third.

The top scorers for the Wildcats included Jaxon Jolliff (82) and Ethan Monroe (85).

Putting up more scores for the Wildcats included Miles Hall (88) and Wyatt Davis (91).

North Union will be back competing at Millcreek Golf Course Monday, Aug. 12, against Indian Lake starting at 3:30 p.m.
