Area News – Impact Station running at full capacity after first full year

Impact Station had its ribbon-cutting last spring and after a year of operations, the facility is working to get people in permanent homes.

Officials from Family Promise, the organization that oversees operation of Impact Station in Marysville and Promise House in Delaware said the newly running facility is full and working hard to house individuals in need.

The group presented an update to Marysville City Council this week that showed just what that need entails.

“In the past week, we actually hit a new benchmark, which was all 28 beds in the 10 trauma-informed rooms were filled at Impact Station, which was incredible,” said Brandon…
