North Union track and field programs finish in top three during Triad Invite

North Union’s track and field programs competed at this year’s Triad Invitational last weekend with both teams finishing in the top three.

For the boys program, the Wildcats were able to muster a runner-up finish after collecting 139.5 total team points.

West Liberty-Salem took the crown in the boys division with 157 points and Springfield Shawnee came in third with 117 points.

For the girls, the Lady Cats scored 117 points putting the squad in third place as a team. Triad took home the crown with 148.5 points and Fairbanks took second with 137.5 points.
