Lady Cats fall to Harvest Prep; bounce back against Northwestern

Several negative factors by North Union determined the final outcome of last Wednesday’s non-league against Harvest Prep.

There were 10 first-quarter turnovers by North Union, securing rebounds at the North Union defensive end and the Lady Cats inability to connect from the field in the second half.

All three led to North Union finishing with a 51-40 loss on the Lady Cat hardwood.

“We forced some things on offense and didn’t execute,” NU Head Coach Bre Jackson said. “We got some good shots off, but they did not fall like we needed.”

North Union connected on just 29% of its field goals.
