YMCA facilities to be improved

Facility updates are coming to the Union County YMCA.
Visitors will soon see work being done throughout the facility as the organization moves ahead with improvements to its parking lot, locker rooms and heating and cooling system.
The YMCA is planning a $230,000 parking lot renovation later this summer, made possible through donations from community supporters. Painting projects in the family, women’s and men’s locker rooms are scheduled to begin in July, while work on the building’s second-floor heating, ventilation and air conditioning system has been underway this week.
