North Union softball drop pair of road games last week

North Union suffered a pair of road losses in softball action on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Lady Cats (1-3) lost 8-2 to Liberty Union on Tuesday. They finished with two hits, getting singles from Emma McElroy and Kennedy Harrah. Liberty Union scored all of its runs over the first three innings. Olentangy Orange plated a run in the bottom of the sixth inning to claim a 5-4 victory on Wednesday. Leah Cox led North Union with a home run and single while Emma McElroy, Rylee Fox, Kale Keigley ad Chloe McElroy each had singles.
