From Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:

In the 32000 block of Water Street in Essex, a deputy investigated a dispute between neighbors at 8 p.m., April 3. No report was taken.

At 1:39 a.m., April 4, a deputy assisted the Richwood Police Department with a domestic dispute at a home on East Bomford Street in Richwood. The Richwood Police Department handled the investigation.

A deputy was sent to a business in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway at 10:15 p.m., April 4, to investigate threatening text messages received by an employee of the business. A report was taken.

Joshua M. Koontz, 38, of Findlay, was cited for failure to control following an injury crash. At 11:42 a.m., April 6, Koontz was driving a Mack dump truck in the 24000 block of Route 37 and overturned. One occupant was transported to Memorial Hospital. Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and Ohio State Highway patrol responded to the scene and a report was taken.
