Geese return for spring in Richwood

With the passing of the Spring Equinox last week, the change in weather has also drawn the attention of water fowl at the Richwood Lake and Park, as seen pictured above as a goose creeps around the kayak rental area of the lake. During meeting action on Monday, Richwood Council agreed to fund its shooting permit for another year, which will help curb the geese population.
