Union County Enhances Tornado Warning System with Advanced Commander and CommanderOne Technology Union County, OH – The Union County Emergency Management Agency (EMA), Union County Sheriff’s Office, and the Marysville Police and Fire Departments are announcing the implementation of advanced tornado warning technology using Commander and CommanderOne software from Federal Signal. This upgrade, combined with six new sirens purchased by local townships in 2025, strengthens the county’s ability to deliver timely and precise severe weather alerts to protect residents and visitors.
