Indictments stem from massage parlor raid

Three Marysville residents have been charged in connection to a commercial sex operation and money laundering at a Marysville massage parlor raided by area police in February of 2025.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Anthony Tignor, 58, and Shunying Li, 61, both of 316 W. Fifth St., and Fang Hu, 53, of 843 E. Fifth St. with charges tied to alleged sex services that were offered in exchange for money at Healing Garden Massage (also known as Massage Relaxation Station) at 843 E. Fifth St., according to court documents and a release from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. The three co-defendants face a total of 18 charges with six felony charges each as part of an investigation by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.
