Property taxes for Union County residents are ready for viewing on the county auditor’s website.

“We wanted to share that your 2026 property taxes have now been calculated,” Auditor Andrea Weaver said in a release.

Her office shared a few key details to help taxpayers understand the process: 1) Ohio Law requires property reappraisals every three years, which means many homeowners haven’t seen a value change since tax year 2022.

2) As a Market-Value state, the auditor is required by law to assess properties based on what they would likely sell for in the local real estate market.
