From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer spoke with an individual at the police department in reference to a dispute that took place in the 100 block of East Blagrove Street at 12:29 p.m., Sept. 28.

Loose dogs were reported in the 200 block of South Franklin Street at 2:40 p.m., Sept. 28.

An unruly juvenile was reported in the 10 block of Cherry Street at 4:36 p.m., Sept. 28.

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 6:44 a.m., Sept. 29.

In the 200 block of West Bomford Street on Sept. 29, an officer responded to a home for a request of a civil standby at 7 p.m.
