Wildcats host Fairbanks Panthers for gridiron preseason scrimmage

After several days of seeing the same colored jerseys, North Union and Fairbanks were able to square off against someone other than themselves.

The Wildcats and Panthers got together on Saturday for a football scrimmage at North Union.

“You just never know what it is going to look like,” North Union head coach Nick Hajjar said. “All the kids wanted to play another opponent and we are going to see on film what we have to work on.”

“Every first scrimmage you see some good and you see some bad,” Fairbanks head coach Dave Carroll said. “You got to wait and watch the film to really see it.”
